A virtual journey into the Clariant colour galaxy
By putting on the VR glasses, the visitor leaves the real trade fair world and finds himself in a galaxy – surrounded by supernovas and stars, the so-called C-Badge, the Clariant trademark, appears in front of him. Using the controller, the visitor can now choose from Clariant’s current trend colours and design his or her individual Clariant logo. After picking up the colour, it can be sprayed onto the canvas in graffiti style or thrown as a ball of colour. As soon as the ball hits the logo, it immerses the visitor in a colourful, three-dimensional explosion of colour.
A logo creation with take away option
The finished logos were then presented in an online gallery and could be downloaded by the respective “artists”. With the interactive VR application, raumHOCH and Fuenfwerken succeeded in offering trade fair visitors an experience that was as entertaining as it was brand-appropriate, which was accepted in correspondingly large numbers. The project was awarded the German Brand Award 2018 in the Brand Creation category.
