Harassing the World with Complexity

Name:
Marion Schenk, psychologist, born in Stuttgart, working as an organizational consultant in Berlin.

Favourite ice cream flavour:
Caramel

Favourite ice cream parlour:
That’s in Cologne and is simply called „Il Gelato“. The little shop makes organic ice cream and you can recognize it from a distance because most of the time there’s a long queue lining up in front of it. In Berlin, I sometimes allow myself a break from the office at the ice cream parlour across the street. Actually it’s just a sort of little counter in Schönhauser Allee, just next to Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz.

Why are we eating ice cream with her:
She is an excellent judge of character and brilliant at connecting people. She once directed our attention to a project at the Humboldt University in Berlin. Thanks to that, for a few years now, we have been working with students every once in a while, always gaining interesting new insights.

Which memories do you associate with your favourite ice cream?
Not really any. Actually, Caramel is just extremely sweet.
Actually, wait a moment: remember those cow-caramel chewy sweets? Maybe the ice cream is a kind of adult version of those for me.
