Spatial intervention can make the world a better place.

Name: Sabine Marinescu and Janina Poesch, Stuttgarters-by-choice and the brains behind PLOT.

Favourite ice-cream flavour: Sabine: dark chocolate sorbet. Janina: definitely lemon ice-cream.

Favourite ice-cream parlour: Sabine loves the „Schloz“ at the Killesberg park in Stuttgart, because it was there that she discovered sorbet. Apart from the ice-cream there, she also likes to look at the flamingos and enjoy a walk in peace and quiet. Janina enjoys going to Stuttgart’s Marienplatz. In summer, it’s always sunny there, the ice-cream parlour is only 500m from her home and the ice-cream staff are always experimenting with new flavours, so she can even try lemon and basil from time to time.

Why we’re eating ice-cream with them:
Janina and Sabine are the brains behind one of, if not THE most important magazines in the world of spatial communication – PLOT. We are both operating therefore in the same commercial space – and we’re also interested to see what importance they place on ice-cream!
