Innovation needs spaces in which creativity can be developed and new things can be created. This also applies to the Berlin innovation consultancy zero360, which moved to the Mindyard at the end of 2017 and has integrated itself there on the Spittelmarkt campus into the ecosystem of startups and established companies.
In accordance with a user-centered New Work approach initiated and designed by the zero360 team, raumHOCH accompanied the process as an architecture partner in close cooperation with zero360 and implemented the results in a planning manner.
The openness of the company is reflected in the resulting spatial concept: The area of around 300 square meters was completely gutted, and the old screed reclaimed ground. Together with the zero360 team, we have created an agile work environment that includes desks, nursing workplaces and retreat booths, as well as a large prototyping and workshop space. A special eye-catcher is the glass box located in the center of the open space, a room in the room for larger meetings. Another highlight is the open kitchen - which invites you to enjoy a cup of coffee, big team meetings or individual work on your notebook.
On the basis of the requirement list of the customer an individually usable space was created, which meets the requirements for New Work and creative work.
